Initial Consultation: R600 (covers the first hour of remote support)
Additional Time: R500 per hour after the first hour

Our Pricing:
R900 call-out fee which includes first hour
R600 every hour after that – simple and transparent.

Computer Repairs

Laptop or desktop slowing down? Need an upgrade or screen replacement? Drop it off, and we’ll handle the rest — from diagnosis to full repair.

1. Bring in Your Equipment
Drop off your device and we’ll run a full test to diagnose the issue.
2. Approve the Repairs
Once we’ve identified the problem, we’ll let you know what’s needed. With your approval, we’ll carry out the necessary repairs.
3. Parts Needed? No Problem.
If any new parts are required, we’ll send you a quote. Once approved and paid, we’ll handle the ordering, delivery, and installation — keeping you updated every step of the way.
